Accepting Submissions for Volume 49 - Hastings Constitutional Law Quarterly

Hastings Constitutional Law Quarterly (CLQ) is accepting submissions for Volume 49.  CLQ is the country's oldest law journal devoted exclusively to constitutional issues.

CLQ endeavors to publish high-quality scholarship that highlights diverse voices and recognizes the value diversity brings to today's most consequential legal discussions.  

We highly encourage authors from communities that are traditionally underrepresented in constitutional law scholarship to submit with CLQ.

You can submit manuscripts via two platforms: (1) Scholastica; and (2) E-mail to clq@uchastings.edu (Scholastica is preferred.)
