Dear Authors,
The Buffalo Environmental Law Journal (BELJ) is nearing the end of the acceptance period for Fall 2023. BELJ welcomes submissions on a wide range of environmental law and policy topics including, but not limited to, climate change, biodiversity and natural resources conservation, land use, pollution, invasive species, sustainability, energy development, environmental justice, environmental rights, key federal statutes, and influential litigation.
BELJ publishes articles, essays, notes, comments, and book reviews by academics, legal practitioners, policymakers, and occasionally students. Manuscripts may be submitted through our Scholastica page (preferred method) or by email at law-belj@buffalo.edu. Publication offers are made on a rolling basis. Visit the For Authors tab on our Scholastica page for more information.
Any questions may be directed to Dan Pszonak, Editor-in-Chief, at law-belj@buffalo.edu.
Thanks for your interest in BELJ. We look forward to reading your submissions!
