Call for Articles from the Federal Circuit Bar Journal - March 2016 Publication!

The Federal Circuit Bar Journal has decided to extend its deadline for submissions and will now be accepting late submissions for the March 2016 issue through the next upcoming weeks, on a rolling basis.  Direct submissions may be sent to fcbj@law.gwu.edu.  Articles should be sent as an attachment in a ".doc" or ".docx" format.  In addition to articles, please also attach your CV or resume.  In the subject of your email, you may write "Submission for the March 2016 issue."  The journal is seeking timely and relevant topics on areas within the jurisdiction of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.  The full range of article topics may be found on the court's website at: http://www.cafc.uscourts.gov/.  Prior article topics have ranged from major IP/patent law issues to veterans appeals, government contracts, civilian or military pay, international trade, tax, and natural resources.  We look forward to reading your articles and thank you for your ongoing support of the FCBJ!
