ROLLING SUBMISSIONS for the Joint Issue published by the American University Business Law Review: OPEN UNTIL AUGUST 31, 2024 at 11:59 PM
The American University Business Law Review ("AUBLR"), the premier law review in Washington, D.C. dedicated solely to business issues, and the Intellectual Property Brief (the “IP Brief”), representing the publication arm of WCL’s nationally ranked #8 IP Law Program, are joining forces to publish a collaborative issue. This joint publication aims to showcase cutting-edge research at the intersection of business law and intellectual property. The target publication date is slated for mid-2025.
Technical Parameters
- LENGTH: We strongly prefer manuscripts over 15,000 words in length, including footnotes.
- FORMAT: Text and citations should preferably conform to The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation (21st ed. 2020). Manuscripts must use footnotes, as opposed to endnotes.
- AUTHORSHIP: AUBLR welcomes submissions from professors, judges, and practitioners. We are not currently accepting student submissions.
