Call for Submissions in AELJ Volume 40
Cardozo Arts and Entertainment Law Journal (“AELJ”) is currently accepting submissions for publication in its forthcoming Volume 40. Submissions may be made through Scholastica or email at submissions@cardozoaelj.com.
Authors interested in publishing in AELJ should submit a current CV alongside their manuscript. AELJ seeks submissions that focus on arts and entertainment law, IP law, cyberlaw, First Amendment law, sports law, and media and telecommunications law. AELJ is proud to have maintained its prominence as the fourth-ranked law journal in arts, entertainment, and sports law, and to be ranked as one of the top intellectual property journals in the nation, according to the most recent journal rankings released by the Washington and Lee University School of Law.
While we do not abide by a strict word limit, we prefer articles that are under 35,000 words, including footnote text. In general, we do not publish case comments nor book reviews in the print journal. At this time, we also do not accept Notes from current law students. Diverse authors are highly encouraged to submit their manuscripts for review. We look forward to reviewing your submissions.
Sincerely,
Daniela Brumer & Natalie Linn
