The Drake Journal of Agricultural Law invites you to submit articles or essays for Vol. 29.3 (Fall 2024) and Vol. 30.1 (Spring 2025).
Submission Guidelines
The Drake Journal of Agricultural Law is currently accepting articles from legal scholars, practitioners, and students. We are seeking articles related to agricultural and environmental law. The ideal submission contains 10,000 - 25,000 words ("articles") but we are open to submissions between 4,000 - 9,000 words ("essays").
Please submit your article manuscript and curricula vitae through Scholastica or by email to aglawjournal@drake.edu. Publication offers will be distributed to authors via email on a rolling basis.
About the Drake Journal of Agricultural Law
The Drake Journal of Agricultural Law is dedicated to the review of legal issues affecting the agricultural industry by providing a forum to explore international and domestic agricultural law. Its focus, though rooted in agriculture, extends into many related areas including environmental, corporate, immigration, employment/labor, and intellectual property law.
