The Emory Bankruptcy Developments Journal is currently accepting submissions for all issues of Volume 40 (2023-2024 issues). EBDJ accepts submissions for articles with an emphasis on developing a wide range of legal matters in bankruptcy law. EBDJ does not accept submissions written or co-written by law students.
