The Georgetown Environmental Law Review (GELR) is currently accepting submissions for its 35th volume! GELR is recognized as a leading publication of scholarly commentary and practical analysis of domestic and international environmental law.
For print submissions, GELR accepts articles through Scholastica. Authors may also submit articles by email directly to GELR. When submitting through email, please send pieces to gelrsubmissions@gmail.com with the author’s last name and manuscript title in the subject line.
GELR is also committed to contributing to the next generation of legal scholars and developing Georgetown Law students’ scholarly writing on a variety of domestic and international environmental law topics. GELR typically publishes several student notes in each issue. Student notes can be submitted to gelrsubmissions@gmail.com, with the author’s last name and manuscript title in the subject line.
GELR is committed to advancing scholarly analysis and discussion of policy issues relating to environmental justice. Authors of Articles and Notes pertaining to environmental justice are strongly encouraged to submit their work.
