The Human Rights Brief is interested in research highlighting contemporary human rights law issues in the United States and abroad. Topics to be discussed in this journal include, but are not limited to the following:
· International human rights law
· Climate change/displacement
· Migration
· Labor
· Access to education
· Health care
· Refugee crises
· Access to natural resources
· Political conflicts
The limiting factor is less topical, but more whether such studies incorporate and highlight human rights components throughout the manuscript.
