The Indiana Law Review is accepting submissions for Volume 59’s symposium issue to be published in Fall 2025. We are seeking manuscripts discussing the separation of powers, checks and balances, judicial independence, appointments, impeachment, executive orders and judicial orders, administrative law, and related topics. The deadline for manuscripts is August 1, 2025.
