Syracuse Law Review Vol. 75 is accepting submissions on topics relating to state constitutional protections in the wake of the federal judiciary's retreat on federal constitutional protections.
We are publishing a symposium book on how state judiciaries and legislatures can respond to the current tone of the U.S. Supreme Court. Including the broadening of state constitutional rights and how states are restricting them.

Hey Professor Frazier,
The ideal length for a submission would be roughly 30-40 pages. The easiest way to submit an article would be on scholastica itself by clicking the "Submit a manuscript" button near the top of the page. If you only wish to submit your manuscript to one law review, search for or scroll to that title and click on it. To limit the list of journals to law reviews, select "Law Reviews" from the "Currently displaying" dropdown menu. Clicking on the title will bring you to another page, where you will need to click the red "Submit Manuscript" button. This will generate a confirmation alert, which you must close to proceed.
Alternatively you may make a submission via email. (I will confirm the address and post it under this comment) If you opt into email submission please include a copy of your submission and resume for review.
