The UC Law SF Communications and Entertainment Journal is currently accepting submissions for Volume 46, Number 1. Our submission period closes on Thursday, September 14th.
Comm/Ent is currently accepting article submissions, as well as short-form essay submissions (10,000 - 18,000 words).
Since its inception in 1976, UC Law SF Communications and Entertainment Journal (Comm/Ent) has served as one of the nation’s first law journals dedicated to the field of Communications and Entertainment law. Now, over forty years later, Comm/Ent has expanded its scope to other areas of law, including, but not limited to, Intellectual Property, Data Privacy, Licensing, Employment and Labor Law, Constitutional Rights, and International and Comparative Law.
Submissions via Scholastica are highly preferred. Please submit a manuscript, cover letter, and CV. Please note we review submissions on a rolling basis.
