JCFL Volume XXIII: Call for Submissions

The Fordham Journal of Corporate and Financial Law is now accepting submissions for the fall issue of Volume XXIII. The Journal's Symposium this year is centered on the theme of Whistleblowing. Submissions related to this topic are of particular interest, but the Journal welcomes articles addressing all areas related to business law, including corporate governance, securities regulation, bankruptcy, banking and financial law, and tax issues.
