The North Carolina Law Review Forum is currently soliciting manuscripts and proposals on topics of particular interest to North Carolina and the Fourth Circuit.
The Forum, the North Carolina Law Review’s online publication, focuses on speedy dissemination of
timely articles and op-eds, and is committed to publishing scholarship that is influential and accessible.
In particular, the Forum is committed to publishing pieces that are especially relevant
to our region.
We welcome drafts of articles, detailed abstracts, and research proposals.
Forum articles are published continuously online, on an expedited basis, and are made available on Westlaw and other legal and academic databases. We prefer submissions under 6,000
words including footnotes, but will consider submissions of any length. We are currently accepting
submissions on a rolling basis and expect to make all publication decisions by the beginning of October 2020.
Submissions can be made via Scholastica or via email to caitbell@live.unc.edu.
