The Notre Dame Journal of Law, Ethics & Public Policy is accepting submissions for Volume 36, which will be published in print in early 2022.
We welcome articles that are relevant to our mission of exploring the legal, ethical, and policy considerations of each topic within the framework of the Judeo-Christian intellectual and moral tradition. We seek to publish authors who address that tradition while forming a compelling analysis of issues relevant to the current legal landscape. However, we view ourselves to be fairly open in terms of style and genre, and will give consideration to any articles that advance the dialogue on either side of important issues connected to ethics, professional responsibility, legal philosophy, or legal policy.
All submissions to the Print Edition of the Notre Dame Journal of Law, Ethics & Public Policy must contain an abstract. The full-length article (including footnotes) should be between 10,000 and 25,000 words. The journal generally does not publish work from current students at other law schools in its Print Edition.
The closing date for our Print Edition is late July 2021.
Please submit your article in .doc or .docx format to our email at notredamejlepp@gmail.com or Scholastica. Any questions can be directed to kcienku2@nd.edu or ccapili@nd.edu. We look forward to reviewing your submissions!
Sincerely,
The Articles Committee, Notre Dame Journal of Law, Ethics & Public Policy
