We are currently accepting submissions to be published in Volume 15, Issue 1 this Fall. The Journal publishes scholarship written by practitioners and academics which analyzes new developments in business and technology law. Recent articles have discussed derivative regulation, automation, and tax policy as it pertains to robots and automation.
Space is limited as we only have room to publish two more articles in the Fall issue. Interested authors should submit a manuscript and CV to the Journal through Scholastica. Questions regarding publication should be directed to Kevin Redden at JBTL@law.umaryland.edu.
